One of my favorite presentations to share is this one right here! Salesforce Administrators struggle with user adoption, and when asked how to increase adoption by management, we tend to be at a loss for words. While it sometimes feels like a black hole of despair, user adoption is simply behavior modification. So, how do the professionals do it?

This presentation has been given at Midwest Dreamin’, Tahoe Dreamin’, User Group meetings, and several webinars, and it’s still one of my favorites! This specific version was hosted by Salesforce as part of their Feature Focus webinar series.

Admins are regularly asked to fix or increase user adoption in Salesforce, but that’s easier said than done. Translating the user adoption dashboard into action seems nearly impossible! But adoption is simply behavioral change, which can be taught. In this session, you’ll learn basic behavior modification techniques used by marketers, designers, and architects to drive specific user behavior. Together, we’ll look at real-world examples of these techniques, and translate those examples to Salesforce. You’ll be thoroughly entertained and excited to implement these easy changes in your org!
