You may not know this, but Salesforce offers a plethora of free content to Admins all the time. Between webinars, official Salesforce Community groups and documentation, there’s always a set of resources available to customers with the goal of making each of us successful.
A new program recently launched called Achieve More. It’s aimed at helping Salesforce Administrators level up their knowledge of Salesforce, providing topics, ideas and content to help you increase the value of Salesforce in your organizations.
What is Achieve More?
Think of Achieve More like a free, virtual training class. There are currently four topics (with more on the way) that address a specific business need that an Admin may be asked to assist with:
- Improved Lead Conversion
- Win More Deals
- Reduce Sales Rep Ramp Time
- Increase Sales Rep Productivity
Each weekly webinar covers a specific way to address one of the above business needs. Admins can choose to attend a live webinar and ask questions, or attend a recorded webinar. You’ll also have access to a downloadable resource guide, use case guide and be able to access the Release Readiness & Feature Adoption group on the Salesforce Success Community where you’ll find assistance from Salesforce employees and fellow community members.
Between the webinar and downloaded resources, you’ll receive step-by-step guidance to implement a solution that will address the business need. What could be easier than that?

Getting started with Achieve More is easy – go to www.salesforce.com/achievemore and find the business topic you would like to learn more about. From there, click to register for a live or recorded webinar, download the documents and guides, and starting finding solutions to business problems – entirely free!
