  1. Oh my word! Thanks for the laughs this morning! I love @SaaSyGeek’s YAAS moment, because for as many things that make me want to drink, there are twice as many YAAS moments. I love my job!

  3. Current Client has, among other multi-select picklists, multi-select picklists for Product and Product Category. I offered to write a formula field for Product Category that would still look the same and they declined.

    They are about to roll out Opportunity Products as well.

    They see no pending issues.
