Chatter recently celebrated it’s 2nd birthday and around that same timeframe, I “turned it on” so to speak in my organization. The reviews has been mixed, and the feedback not so glowing from some. However, I think that we all know that the Social Enterprise is here to stay. So, how do you make a business case for an internal social platform like Chatter? Perhaps this infographic will help!

I found this post very helpful. I’m putting together a pilot project at work using Yammr Premium Groups and I’ll need to find ways to demonstrate value.
